well its a real sad story and i am really down on my luck but to get rare coins in this state. what could i do. i would have been ina real jam if i was still stateside i would have to have about 200 of those slabbed at least maybe more. that would have sent me into big trouble. i am going to start a RCGS a rare coin grading service
