    Im with the rest. I voted high end 63. Just misses 64. Great luster though.

    1882-S can be a hard one because of common ejection doubling smearing the date, like on your coin. Fortunately, I can see doubling on the left side of the 2nd 8 quite plainly and there's a spike on the 2nd tail feather from the right, so I'm going to say VAM 16.

    I have been having problems with my phone and unfortunately it is also my mobile hotspot.

    Time for the reveal, I love going to coin shops that tend to only pay attention to common coins in MS65 and above, This one graded MS62, and at 50$ was hard to pass on. I agree with all those that said 63a/64c. The coin just does not have enough bag marks to keep it under a 63 IMO. Imagine pulling this one out of a slab box and seeing a 62 grade.
