really weak strike?

    How would you tell a weak strike from wear when the luster is gone?

    If the luster is gone it is more difficult. But it's basically the same as with MS examples. Wear will show as a different color than a weakly struck areas will.

    Yes, typical O mint sloppiness resulting in a weak strike. I wonder if the press operators at that time were bilnd, drunk, or just didn't care. :D
