Picked this up and would like some help with identification. I recognize given the condition that may be hard but any help would be appreciated. All there is go off of is the portrait and what appears to be a MTR at 1 o’clock on the reverse. Thanks in advance!

I can't speak to that, but keep an eye on that tiny green spot on about 1:00 of the reverse. It's probably just a touch of corrosion, which is harmless, but if you see a light-green powder start to build up on it, then it's bronze disease, and you'll need to treat it.
What’s the best way to do this with stuff around the house. I also have a Ptolemaic coin I got a few months, that is very green is there anything I can do for that or is it too far gone?
Simple corrosion is often the same color as bronze disease (BD). If it's just corrosion, you have nothing to worry about. If it is BD you will see powder start to accumulate on the affected surface. It will look like a tiny, hairy wart. Is that what is happening? I have successfully treated BD using just distilled water, although some people on this group use chemicals to treat it. If you are convinced that you have BD, then write back and I can talk you through the treatment process. It takes a while, but it's very simple to do and will not hurt the coin.
