I am not finding alot online on these as far as how common they are and the one site I see it does not appear the reverse is rotated , coin is not in hand but based on the holder it looks like the reverse is rotated some. Anyways I will post better photos once she arrives. Any info on this one would be greatly appreciated.

thanks , it was on Ebay but I dont know if they had the name correct . I will check this out. Ebay USA from the East Coast. I wonder if there is a site that would show estimated mintage ?
Dalton & Hamer list this token as Middlesex DH-1042. There are three edge varieties, and their "scarcities" are listed below. The scarcity information should be taken with a grain of salt - sometimes it is off by a lot in the D&H guide. DH-1042 with edge engrailed and "PAYABLE IN LONDON" (Scarce) DH-1042a with edge dots and crosses and "PAYABLE IN LONDON" (Rare) DH-1042b with edge plain (Rare)
