What would you grade it besides it would be a details+.

 

If it weren't a details coin I'd give it a VF-20. That includes it having a clean rim.

 

Won this for $60.05, landed. I have 100s of Morgans and this a stunning coin for only a MS64 (anacs).

 

This was on my door step when I got home

And before anyone ask yes got from the US mint and don’t plan on selling right now

Check it....the die cracks are a pretty good match very nice coin btw. Thats one reason I had to give it the once over.

 

My favorite comm. Two thumbs up I would love to find 1 hammered.....mostly soft strikes.

 

This arrived today. First Morgan for me above MS66.

PCGS has 348 at grade, and 220 higher. PCGS has graded 276,233 1881-S Morgans.

It was in the slab but I cracked it out

 

IMO it looks like it was undergraded.

 

An entry level, 94P Morgan. That only leaves a 93s for a fully complete set.

 

How did I do?
I recently sold off 2 1/10th ounce AGE's to my local coin club for the next month's holiday dinner meeting raffle at $200ea & a raffle ticket for the drawing (fingers crossed I win one if not both back)

Got the 5% ebay bucks offer so it was a good time to look for a good replacement.
