Is there a signature on any 1990 no mint mark US penny (or maybe no S only proof) or this is just something else?

All 1990 Proof coins were minted at San Francisco and should have the S mint mark. Those proof coins missing the S are valuable. Your coin doesn't look like a proof coin. It appears to be a circulation strike produced by the Philadelphia Mint and is not supposed to have a mint mark. Here's a photo of a 1990 S proof coin. Notice the rims and compare it to the rims on your coin.

The one with the circle shows a proof cent with the missing mint mark.

What is difference between Especial and special?
    Special is a common adjective..
Especial is an uncommon adjective. Especially, its adverb form, is much more common. Especial means "exceptional, noteworthy, or particular." Especially means "exceptionally, in a noteworthy manner, or particularly."

I just learned a new word.

Como tu sabes, "especial" también significa "special" in Español.

I forgot it had a definition in English, too.

Let's not be judgmental. All coins are special. Some are more special than others. This one is not particularly special.

English or Spanish the coin is a common Zincoln in my opinion. Thanks for the post.

    Una cerveza por favor.

Edit to add - it always amazes me that many people in the world can communicate with me in my native language but I can only order a beer and ask for directions to the train station.

You forgot bathroom. Traveling the world I always had to learn the word for bathroom. LOL

You must have had the same German speaking class that I had in the Army.

Okay, thank you, everyone, for the funny comments but my question was about the big signature behind Lincoln's shoulder that makes this coin ESPECIAL!?!?!?
Of course, the very first coin is a different one.

It's dirt or corrosion. It didn't leave the mint with that crud on it.

It’s just an irregularity of the coin’s surface. Post-mint.
