@raymond summey. Welcome to Coin Talk. If you're interested in collecting coins I'd recommend you buy a copy of the Redbook. The official title is "A Guide Book of United States Coins" by R.S. Yeoman, Whitman Publishing. It's considered by many to be the Bible of coin collecting. It's packed with so much vital information and a great reference book. Don't pay much attention to the ribbing by other members. It's all in fun. Stick around and you'll get used to it.
