Very cool and nice find. NGC World Price Guide lists this as a KM-76, with inscriptions in French. There is also a KM-77 with Dutch lettering. Your French-inscribed Belgian coin looks to be AU-58 and is worth about $6.50 or so USD. The Dutch-inscribed KM-77 was only minted in 1912 and, in the same condition, is valued less, AU58/$3.00 or so. Your coin was made for 3 years, 1912-14. The denomination is centime. ...Spark
