Hi Mya,

I know you mean well but what you have described is a really good way to cause harm to a coin. Leave them as they are for the most part.

Expect a lot of responses like this.

Yep. The wiping with paper towels and qtips is probably the worst part. It will leave hair-lines that will destroy the value of your coins. I don't know if the salt would have any adverse effects. Probably.
