1956 Error Dime - thoughts?

    Can someone maybe tell me what type of error this would be? Or if it’s damage post mint? It’s missing most of the “E” and part of the “T” in the phrase “IN GOD W_ _RUST” on the obverse of this Roosevelt dime. Thanks for any input.
