1917 die rotation?

    Would like to get information on this type of possible mint error? Or is it a poor fake? A friend far away got it in a junk silver pile.... Lucky them? Or junk silver, which i don't consider junk myself.

    As a general rule there is little interest in such slight rotations. Things get more interesting for collectors when the rotation id 90 degrees or more
