Probably my first find with such misplacement on a S penny. Thoughts on this please. I Figure they are 20201114_093201.jpg 20201114_093209.jpg hand punched.

Misplacement. meaning The MM being close to the Chest area. Is that considered bust?

You must keep in mind that the mintmark was hand-punched into the die until 1990. In this case, it's not "misplaced". It's just poorly placed. You should check out some of the Kennedy half dollars from the 70's. The mintmarks are all over the place.
