I'd call this AG-03. If you believe in price guides, Greysheet gives wholesale bid as $75. Of course, this would be for the two most common die marriages. If you have a rarer one, then value is higher in this grade.
It should be Reverse of 1797. There is only one 1798 Type 2 Hair cent with a reverse of 1795, and that has major die cracks not present on the OP’s coin
It looks like S-173. It is rated R.3-, but that seems quite high. It is probably closer to R.2- or even R.1
