The page said it can use more cleaning, but I idk if I should soak it more in water, or leave it.

Hmm, do you soak many of your coins in water? I just recieved a beautiful Antioch tetradrachm of Philip I from 244, with the left-facing, armored bust, i love it. not the one in my gallery, thats a Philip Jr, but one I just got today, it has some sort of stuff on the surface...im afraid to do anything to it though...the eagle on the reverse looks different than any i have ever seen too...i'll show you some time randy.

I just got some pics of mine, I'll have them up by tomorow night, in my gallery...I just love this style of bust....radiate portrait, left facing, and an interesting cuirass I have only seen a few of, and I've never seen any with the style of eagle on the reverse as on mine...I've seen the same bust, but with an eagle much like my Philip Jr one on the reverse, this one has totally different wings..its very odd...like I sad bit of corrosion, or deposits....I don't know, check my gallery saturday, I'll have them up then. I'm afraid to soak it in water...or even do anything with it....I've never done anything like that with any coins ever....the deposits don't detract too much from the overall coin, so I think I'll leave it for now.

Yeah I dont think I will. I put up my new coin. A question I had though, I didn't want to start a new thread, maybe you could look at the two antioch tetradrachm in my gallery, and possibly tell me to which regnal year they date....I'm not yet versed on Greek numerals.....I'm sure someone is....

Beautiful Dupondius! Celebrating the return of the legionary Standards lost by Varus in the battle in the Teutoburger Forest. 3 legions lost... Emperor Augustus almost went mad with grief and anger when he received the news of what had happened in the dark forests of Germania. " Quintile Vare Legiones Rede! " Varus, give me back my legions!

That is a very nice example Cucumbor!
