Has anyone talked with someone at the mint to see why parts of their website is down and has been for most of the day. I am unable to track any of my orders. Thanks, Jim
I think the answer is that the Mint Website Sucks. And I would rather pay 3 Dollars more and buy stuff elsewhere.
US Mint I went on it and had no problem with logging in and viewing tracking or transactions in my account. Reboot your Computer and give it another shot.Eh
Like everything else dealing with computers and technology, things at the Mint can and does get out of wack ever now and then. So, having said this, I will tell you that this time it may not be the Mint's web site, but the "cookies" you have on your personal computer, that is causing all the problems. Most of the people I know that were haveing problems signing-on and working with their accounts, dumped the 'cookies' from their machines and relogged on to the Mint site with no or very few problems. Try it, it could work for you.
