also, explain what makes it counterfeits (IE: weight, strike, ET.)

Well this ain't the best I've seen but I picked this one up a couple yrs ago.

 

This was posted on another forum by a rather skilled cleaner/dealer. It was later condemned by other experts there. One of the few fakes that would have caught me.

I don't think an explanation is needed to identify this.

 

These are all counterfeit. These aren't mine, they are someone else who sent them to PCGS and all came back counterfeit. I'd imagine they were made from the same die, perhaps they all had repeating depressions and were able to dianogse them that way. And the color is a bit off on some.
