More of a rhetorical question, but what is the deal with all theses EBayers posting auctions for coins quoting PCGS prices and the coins are "certified" by another group?
PCGS issues high values, good for sellers to advertise - other services grant higher condition, so you have a double whammy... PCGS prices are high, and the service they used to certify has lower standards. In short, if you buy the window dressing, you get kicked in the pants not once, but twice.
