Be very careful were you buy these from Ruben, there realy are a lot of fakes out there. You use to be able to tell them quite easily as the forgers left the markings off the stairs but now they dont.
I think the one you show is BU but then again I might be wrong LOL

In the olden days (the 1990s) the Reverse of the Proof Pandas were different to the B/U versions...and if they were the same the proof versions had a P stamped on them.

Now days they dont...and I cannot tell the difference really.

well, lets hope I didn't get a fake because I think the guy who sold it to me was legit. I purchased an Australian Kookaburra Silver as well and he had a roll of them both. And it sure looks silver.

    Ruben,
As stated, be very careful who you buy your Pandas from. I usually use PandaAmerica or APMEX or one or two dealers on ebay whom I know are legit. I also search & wait until the price is about right. For me, $39 is way too much for recent releases, LOL. I pay around $24 to $29.

Recent Pandas are BU PL. 2008 Pandas have no proofs, just the BU PL. Proofs used to be marked with a P, no longer. Your Panda appears to be the real deal. Check here for info> comparison, weight, etc.:
