I have a 25cent from year 1966 from the Trinidad and Tobago..any idea about how much it worth?

Sure, according to the Standard Catalog of World Coins ("Krause"), anywhere from worthless (if it is badly worn and/or damaged) to a couple of bucks if it is a proof in pristine condition - PR65 or better.

Seriously, there is just no way to evaluate a coin without seeing clear pictures of both sides.
