First two are Japan, 10 and 5 yen coins, I think the date is ca. 1956-1957 ie year 30 of the Showa era. The third coin is from Ethiopia, a cent, dated 1936, but struck with a frozen date until the 1970's.
#1 Japanese 10 yen, Showa 39 - 1964 #2 Japanese 5 yen, Showa 37 - 1962 Not too sure what the third is.
For the Japanese coins, here is a website to help you convert western years to Japanese. http://www.allcalendars.net/JapaneseYearConverter.php Also to identify the caricatures: http://www.lioncoins.com/nippon.htm
Ethiopia uses the Coptic calendar, which uses a older calculation of when exactly the Annunciation of Jesus occurred. The date is either 7 or 8 years behind the Gregorian calendar, depending on the time of year.
