    Oh yeah I know, I was just talking to the person who said there wasn't enough reflectivity.

    That being said, I didn't know that was how it would work, I would imagine that scuffs might lower the grade or take off a DMPL designation, but I thought it'd still at least make PL....

    Did you guys miss the fact that PCGS did not assign the PL designation to the grade ?

    I did not. I do however think, based on what I've seen, that excluding the scuff marks, the coin has 'PL reflectivity' if not more.
