Please post great books/sites for newbie paper money collector refrence

Just wanted to start a post on books/links that would be helpful to a novice paper money collector. Something that is not confusing and will help gain a better understanding of paper money. Specialties, good stores, cherrypicking, ways to collect, type set lists, etc. Thanks.

Charles Davis

I've bought many books from Charles Davis, some not listed on his website. I think highly of him. Here is what he lists for paper money, but again, one can always call too.
