Dealer had it on auction with no bids... I offered him the $20 and sent him a link to the album of the $20 LC set here. He accepted

1798 with a legable date is tough to get under 20 been after one for quite a few months now... but then I limited to 2-3 small shops/fleamarket booths, ebay and VCoins (I can't get on heritage auctions after I had some words with them a few years back and they are also the host server for quite a few other auctions as well )

 

Yea, it must be I never found detecting after 12 years . Nor do I see them in great shape.

 

Better looking than my only draped bust cent. I paid $15 for her. I would love to upgrade but they are out of my price range.

 

You can find some decent 1801, or 1802 or even 1805 for under 50 but those the common dates... 1800 for $15 buck with a legable date is a damn good score
These 3 were all nabbed under 20...

 

as a matter of fact you just reminded me that the 1801 needs a bath now that i have some fresh VC all that red crap going away

It's also a 1/2 cent but that's ok those puppies even harder to come by
