Toning Question? 1964 KHD

    I've had this for several years and it seems to have gotten darker . Should I let it go ?
    I call it the "Black Ring of Death " . Don't mention Acetone . I can't be near it . 1964 JFK -Rev.jpg

    Don't mind the die cracks .... umm gouges. LOL

    Color really does not matter on bullion coins like that. If you like it shiny, get some coin dip. Acetone will not remove toning.

    Good to know. I don't mind toning as long as it colorizes and not corrosive .

    Well , not happy with the black ring of death, I tool care of the problem. Can you tell ? At least it's not Black but rather a pinkish hue . 1964 KHD -Obv.jpg 1964 KHD -Rev.jpg
