I was checking my 1995 coin for doubled die obverse; there is something but not very clear, but when I looked at the backside it was WOW! All columns and (ONE CENT) apparently are doubled die! Are there any findings or records about this before?
I don't see it. I think most members here would appreciate you checking your coin(s) against known examples before posting. Here are three sites that are very east to navigate, and making that little bit of effort should result in positive feedback for you. https://doubleddie.com/ http://varietyvista.com/ http://www.lincolncentresource.com/
Cents being plated since late 1982 show a lot of anomalies that have NAV, no added value, and are a waste of time. Crappy zincolns are the worst.
Thanks for the links, I looked at http://varietyvista.com and I found exactly like my coin, but I do not know if it worths something! I tried to copy the picture but I am not sure that it works or not!
By the way.. Your title states 1995 us penny. When talking about the United States you capitalize the letters.. It is US not us
I've been checking my saved pocket change for years including my Lincolns. I've never found anything. It amazes me as to how many excellent condition 1999s I've had go through my hands. Even in the 2018-2020 era. There's always a few a year in MS condition with great luster but have yet to catch a wide A M or anything else. The 95-D has a DD version I always look for. Your pic is tough to see. The 95 is supposed to have an obverse doubling that's very obvious. The 2009 life of Lincoln coins rarely show up anymore and the ones that do look like they've been in circulation for 50 years.
