In all seriousness, the OP looks like there's a 7 as the last digit of the date if you look close enough. It's lurking there.

 

In hand I really can't see anything or any number of a date. I spent my afternoon going through $100 face of junk silver and this was in their. I couldn't resist posting this.

 

There is that legendary “nic-a-silver” acid that can raise up dateless silver coins.
There’s a thread somewhere where someone managed to find some of the mythical compound and raised the date on an SLQ
