Good thing I invested in real estate in the 80s and the Military pays me disability for my service to this great Nation. Besides the fact its a hobby I share with my Grand Children and their excitement when they open a roll where i will put these in for them to find is worth more than any money I could ever have
As long as you enjoy the hobby, that's what matters. The fact that you enjoy it with the grandkids makes it even better. Honestly though, is there something on your quarters that you thought made them more than face value? Just curious.
The great story of Ellis Island is the American Dream The irony is 2017 Whatever you find, please share with us and your grandkids And thank you for your service
A Ellis Island Quarter is worth just that, a quarter. Glad you found one and you can use that to start a National Parks album. Glad you enjoy the hobby, especially with your grandkids. Thank you for your service and welcome to CT.
Welcome to CT. As already mentioned, just normal minted quarters, but being a new series, people tend to hoard them, so you don't find them in common circulation until the novelty wears off. Fun to share with the grandchildren, that's for sure.
I will echo what others have said, thank you for your service and sacrifices for this great country of ours.
