I did not think it was polished, at least not blatantly. I agree with dipped though, and often photos can make it hard to see remaining luster. Glad it worked out for you at the dealer's though.

My first thought was that it looked polished, but in fairness Ruben's photos are taken at an angle with unusual lighting so it might just be the photograph.
if it is polished I'm very ignorant because twice i pulled this coin out of a batch and thought it was worth taking pictures of... :goofer:
