    I have a 2020 Jefferson like that and one dealer told me he didn't recommend 3rd Party Grading "It's up to you". The back is rotated just as your Penny but in addition it has what appears to be a scratch also caused by the possible rotation consequences. What do they actually charge for grading? I am also confused about that.
