Are 1982 small date pennies common? I feel like I have like 3 or 4 of them but I'm not sure if they're common. If they ARE or AREN'T common that will tell me whether or not I have one
Some information - The answer to your question is yes. There are no actual mintage numbers for each of the 7 varieties but all together it's in the millions.. I bet you can put together all 7 in no time

Look them up in your Redbook. All of that info is right at your fingertips. Although the pricing guide isn't great for real world values, you can very easily figure out which coins are common and which are better dates. Plus, if you're anything like I was when I was younger, you'll stumble on to something else interesting in the book, spend a little time reading about, and end up learning something new. It's a win-win IMO
