    They aren't in bad shape, so you, as a partner in the venture, could post them separately on eBay and split whatever you get. At least that's what I would do with them. Get them into sleeves asap to protect the condition they are in. Good luck.

    The solid 3 note is definitely a candidate for grading, especially if your intentions are selling it. Graded notes assure the buyer it’s authentic, and graded notes generally command higher prices. If both notes were for my collection, I’d be perfectly happy seeing them in quality Mylar currency sleeves.
