Would appreciate help with this one

    Hi CTers,
    I purchased a lot consisting of foreign coins, mostly silver, and have had no trouble identifying all of them except this one.

    I honestly don’t have the time to research it on Numista. Other than the Arabic characters I don’t have a clue. I suspect one of you will be able to identify it immediately.

    For that, I thank you in advance. I see some PVC damage which I will have to take care of.

    Thank you so much, @Jasanche! You are right on. I would have been searching all over the Middle East on Numista.

    I told my wife that I’d likely get an answer in 15 minutes. LOL, it took 17 minutes! Close enough for a cigar.
