50 dollar bill error?

Looks like marker ink someone drew a line on the bill but it could still happen in the print process/error.

 

Looks like an over print from a teller stamp that was placed on a bank strap.

 

That's the edge of a bank tellers stamp.

 

As already posted, the edge of a tellers stamp. Not an error. Learn about the printing process and you would see it would darned near impossible for such an error to occur during the process.
