Really can’t grade a note from a picture. Too much depends on the paper quality. Not perfect centering will affect value as well. Light transfer is less valuable than dark (first and second transfers are best, it’s downhill from there). Condition of first printing ( the back) will also affect value.
Yeah, I figure it to be in CU-63 condition if that helps . that's how it was sold to me . I think I paid about $40 . Here's the back .
I think $40 was a very fair price. Hard to find a good source for pricing on these, other than sold eBay prices.
