Need some Help with: Wet Ink Transfer Note

    HERE IS A : Genuine Wet Ink Tranfer received by my Father when I was young( about 40 years ago), I'm not good with grades but this Note is in exceptional condition , No holes ,tears, folds or creases and in somewhat in crisp condition .
    Need help with Grade and Value , Please . Thanks 1977A 1 dollar Offset -front.jpg 1977A offset 1 dollar- back.jpg
