"Product is not available" does not necessarily mean they have sold out.

Probably just raising the prices. But, who knows with the US MInt? They have done some pretty crazy things in the past.

I think we've all come to the same conclusion. We'll wait and see what happens:headbang:

These coins are a major hassle to the mint. First they sold out in an hour, now they can't even sell 5000 of them. If they bring these back they are masochists. Basically they are gone for good.

I suspect athrose is correct based on the topic he posted here about the new US Mint pricing policy. Based on the closing price on gold last Thursday, I expect all of the coins to cost $100 more per ounce which would mean that the price of the First Spouse coins should bump up $50 for both proof and uncirculated.

I don't know what $600 you paid, but for the last three coins they were $509.00 - 529.00. I call that a sale from the $609-629 that we were paying all year.

Oh, I forgot... shipping to India must have been expensive. Tell you what, I will buy your next FS coins and send them to you, but I will charge you $100 in shipping..... per coin. That should do it! :D

As far as the mint fleecing us.... I have come to accept that as a way of life! :hammer::goof:
