There is a number of regular posts that have to be completed before a new members can advertise or post anything other than what is in a text box. This is to prevent people from establishing a new "pseudonym member" to insert an advertisement and prevent unallowed by rules: mimes. gifs , photos, documents , etc. Its either 8 or 10, and they can not just be "Hi", "Help" , etc . short messages.
