2005-D Roosevelt Dime

    This Roose is a very good strike that shows no signs of mechanical doubling. I can find no information about a RPM for this date. Do I see evidence of D/D or even the outside chance of D/D/D?

    That's because Mint Marks that were added by hand to the Obverse Die ended in 1989.. That's not an RPM.
    Can't be.

    Probably a Die Deterioration issue

    I did not look at the photo but my short answer is no. The mint marks were incorporated into the dies back in the early 90's I believe, so there is no chance of an RPM. It would have to be die deterioration. But wait for the others to chime in and possibly correct me on the date of early 90's. Edit, the pics just showed up.

    Seems there was some lag in the way the previous posts popped up. Probably a problem at my end. I did not mean to speak over anyone.
