    Probably 66, depending on TPGer. I really dislike that type of toning as it can hide a lot of things and I like my commemoratives clean and shiny without any toning.

    I have to agree with potty dollar 1878. I too see slash marks on the obverse beneath the tone. Nice coin otherwise.

    I think this is MS65+. If it's graded by NGC (2nd pic makes it appear so), then I'm guessing it's MS65+*
