ugly 1970s floating roof -no FG how much?

Not just that, but when it comes from the same person.
Earlier in the year one poster would post, then put aside, then post the same coin again .. not get the answer they want so put aside, then wait a few weeks and post it again and not get the answer they want over multiple coins.
gets very tiring ....
