You need to clarify what you mean. To me the best coins are any of the older bust coinage.

sorry Lehigh96. didnt mean to upset u... but if u look at the octagonal coin in a leather pouch/wallet can be like a police badge or something... but then i dont know much of these... guess next time i will keep my trap shut
btw the closet match i can remember would be 50p from England...
Edited: as an after-thought...i think the 50p is an hexagon...

 

My favorite coin is a beautiful 1893 columbian exposition half that my dad got me for my birthday last year. It was the first one in my collection, so at the time it seemed like any other coin but I have since grown to love it!

 

the best coins for me is the ones i find in change.
