There are many people here that could grade coins as well as the TPG's and I don't count myself in that category.
As @furham said, there are many here who could capably handle that task. The question is: what’s in it for them?
I'm NOT the one. I found out at the ANA classes a couple years back that I'm a technical grader. That means I tend to grade a bit low. The EAC people would like me.
I have started a community driven coin rating website and I will be promoting it soon. It is currently in testing mode and will go public this coming week. It is free to use, has a proprietary coin rating/grading system unlike the Sheldon Grading Scale. This rating system is unique and much more detailed in its reasoning for a final score. There is also a monthly prize for most rated coin, online auction, and much more. So far everything is working like clockwork and it is fully secure (back and front end) with cloud backup and registered ssl certificate. This is geared towards those coins that are collectable but not yet worth sending off to be graded. We have the capability to slab and seal coins with r/f security on a small scale for those who feel they need this to sell coins with more confidence.
