What kind of "errors" do you see?
Suggestion - always take the picture of a coin in the raw and not in a 2x2 holder. Also use more light. It might help it focus better. Sunlight is best.

You might also try moving the camera further away from the coin. It may be too close to be able to focus.

Probably small Die Chips. Common on that design. Nothing really major.

I have the Stylo 4 and it takes great pictures!

Rest the camera on something - do not handhold ... a stack of books, plates, boxes, something rigid at the right distance.

    1) Increase the distance between camera and phone. The phone's documentation should tell you the minimal focal distance but you can also use trial and error.
    2) The phone's lens needs to be perpendicular to the coin.
    3) Rest the phone on a piece of wood, a pile of heavy books, etc. You need to keep the camera very steady and you can't do that by holding it in your hand.
    4) Related to keeping the phone steady, you should use the timer release function on your phone's camera so that you don't have to press the shutter button.
    5) Take the coin our of the holder if you can.
    6) Support the coin on a pedestal of some sort that is smaller in diameter than the coin.
    7) Make sure your light source is supplying adequate light.

Now, you have been attempting to "zoom" in to capture fine details by getting the camera closer to the coin and you are finding out that that doesn't work. The way you overcome this is by taking your photo within the camera's focal length limits and making sure the camera is set to its highest possible resolution. Then you post-process the photo to crop and blow up the areas of interest. A free post-processing software that's easy to use is Photoscape X.
