I don’t know how to post a pic, created an account but says I have insufficient (something) to post here. So maybe I can ask here. Do all pennies or coins are right side up when you flip the coin? Like if you are looking at the coin head side and upright, when you flip the coin downwards, will the back or tails side be right side up? I hope I make sense. Well I have a 1945 wheat penny that when held head side and upright when flipped the tail side is tilted to the right. It’s not upright like all other coins. Do I make sense?

Welcome to the forum. Yes, sounds like a rotated die. Any value would depend on how much it is off. If it is only slightly there would be little or no added value.

Welcome to CT. Take a photo of the obverse in it;s normal upright position with the reverse in a mirror. What you describe may be a rotated die.
