Please tell me you mean "out" like released, and not "out", like I'm hosed for not getting them in time.

I don't buy anything from the mint so maybe I don't understand how their offerings work. If the DC and Territories Proof Set is now out, does that mean the full set is available now? I mean, the circulating coins are being released at intervals throughout the year. Why would the full proof set be available in advance of the issuing of the circulating coins?

 

It's just the quarters that are being released, not the full proof set. That (full proof set) will be released later this spring.

 

Because if they waited until the circulating coins had been released they wouldn't be able to offer the proof and mint sets until November.
