Where does everyone get supplies from? Like flips, airtites, bill holders and such. I'm just looking for the "cheapest" quality stuff and wondered where everyone buys from. Right now I'm in need of some bill holders. Not sure where this thread would fit in but please move it, if it fits better somewhere else, maybe put it in the FAQ's?
Lots of places on line that sell coin stuff but if you can find a coin show near you, you may find much, much cheaper prices. And if you go there you might find there is no shipping, handling, postage, insurances. Most of the coin shows around me have at least one person that sells coin items and for much less than on line.
I've found that, in my one and only local coin shop, and the few shows we have here, that the prices are above and beyond online prices, including shipping for coin supplies and albums. They only sell Dansco albums and for about $5 dollars more than I can get from JPs Corner. I can also get 2x2s cheaper, and they dont even carry many air-tites. Maybe coin shops/shows in larger cities may be cheaper but this is my experience here. Thats why I buy online.
Agreed! Very reliable and reasonable. I get most of my stuff there.....Also if you are looking for Air Tite holders, try this website.....very reasonable prices and you can buy in bulk......I have bought many air tites from there: http://www.gbcoin.com/ Smaugy
I had great experiences with www.Wizardcoinsupply.com and http://www.tradewindssupplies.com/ I have never used http://www.brent-krueger.com/ They want to charge me a 7% percent surcharge or as they call it "sales tax". (I live in NJ and Brent-Krueger is also in NJ)
Yea, unfortunately when you live in the same state you have to deal with that. Heck, I have gotten a few notes off fleabay and had to pay sales tax since the seller lived in MA.... Smaugy
