Yes, you're absolutely right and I knew that. The extra $45 gets you a silver dime, quarter, and half in addition to the 5 ATB quarters. It makes the price-per-ounce a lot higher than just the quarters alone, as shown in the table. (For the sake of this discussion, I consider the base metal cent, nickel, and dollar in the set of negligible value)
