This Franklin was inside There is a spot near R in Trust, and a tiny one near E in Liberty. but oh well, I think it's neat note: small adjustments were made in photoshop so you could see it better.
I'm a sucker for these older flat-pack proof sets... lol I didn't have a 63, so I figured I'd get one - now I just need a '62, and the one's from the 50's. I was happy because it's my first toned coin from these older sets (with exception to nickels, which always seem to turn to a gold/brass color). Has a nice red/pink hue to it.
I love those '63 proof sets. Still affordable and I like the Franklin much better than the Kennedy halves. It's a great way to see coins in all their glory. No bagmarks, and great strikes. Step back to the '58 sets and you get the bonus of having the wheat also. Nice set. :thumb:
