I got this Plautilla provincial "as"-sized coin for just $3.52. This has what I consider to be a reverse butterface - attractive face, but nothing in the back. No, literally, nothing in the back.
If diameter approximately 25 mm, could be Plautilla's second obverse die out of three total at Thessalonica, V 2 in Touratsoglou's Thessalonica corpus, this die recorded with two rev. types, Nike advancing left and Nike advancing right.
